Beef Pepper Steak

Beef tenderly cooked with green peppers and onion marinated with fresh herb seasoning. 



Red Snapper

Freshly well marinated red snapper in fresh herb creole seasoning. Your choice of fried or steamed.


Oxtail

A flavorful dish that features tender oxtail meat cooked in a rich and fresh herb creole seasoning sauce.

Fry Turkey

A crispy fried dish where turkey pieces are marinated in our fresh herb creole seasoning spice. 

Fry Chicken

Bouillon

Bouillon is a traditional Haitian dish that is served on Saturdays. It is a healthy soup that includes beef , kabrit(Goat) head, Kabrit feet and tripe, plantains, potatoes, malanga, yam, dumplin, and spinach.
